For deliveries to the United Kingdom, the price of each item includes UK VAT. Eventual custom duties and processing fees are charged to the customer. Shipping costs and customs duties will not be refunded.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom are handled through Fedex Express o DPD. All shipments that are sent by Cuoieriashop are insured against theft and accidental damage. After having received the receipt of shipment and written acknowledgement, this insurance coverage ceases to exist.
Please be aware that we cannot deliver to post office boxes. In case of partial shipments, shipping costs will be charged only once.
We process and send orders during our main service hours, from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 am till 7:00 pm GMT and Saturday, from 9:00 am till 5:00 pm GMT (with the exception of Italian public holidays). The merchandise will be ready for dispatch one business day after the receipt of payment, at the latest.

Return and Refund:

You must complete this step in order to generate and print the returns label. Place your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the returns label. For handing over your parcel to Fedex, you can either drop your parcel off at a FEDEX LOCATOR, or arrange a pick-up at: Fedex. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.
