Returns and Refunds
If for any reason the client is not satisfied with his/her order, there are two types of returns: the client can be refunded or can choose the store credit option.
- Request must be received within 30 days from the merchandise's delivery date.
- Item(s) must be shipped within 14 days from the return's request date.
- Item(s) MUST have their security tag attached, original receipt and in perfect conditions, otherwise item(s) will be automatically refused.
- Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories (dust-bags, hangers, garment covers etc.) received with the order.

UK Return Instructions
Please access the returns portal via this link: RETURN ITEMS
Select the item(s) you wish to return and select a reason from the drop-down list. You must complete this step in order to generate and print the returns label. Place your item(s) in the original packaging and attach the returns label. For handing over your parcel to Fedex, you can either drop your parcel off at a FEDEX LOCATOR, or arrange a pick-up at: Fedex. Once we have received the returned item(s), we will confirm your refund as soon as it has been processed.
Shipping costs are not included in the refund. All instructions will be given through email to customers that need more information on this service.
Refunds: We will refund your returned item(s) as soon as possible (max 7 days after receiving your return) but the original shipping costs are not included in the refund.
We refund directly original payment, in case of Credit Card payment the processing time may vary by Credit Card company (anyway we will start refund process within 5 days).
